Thirteen days for your body to flow again
At the southern tip of India lies Kerala, which Indians affectionately call God's Own Country: coconut palms, rivers that wind through the entire state, beaches, and a landscape full of medicinal plants and spices. It's there, in an authentic Ayurvedic village, that the heart of this journey unfolds.
Panchakarma is Ayurveda's great purification program, the Indian science of longevity: massages with medicinal oils, herbal steam baths, meditation, and meals designed just for you, with at least two therapy sessions a day for two weeks.
Your mantra will be relax
The village's medical team designs your program. All you have to do is receive.
Every day
Body therapies from the Kerala lineage, chosen for you.
Close care
An initial consultation and frequent check-ins with the traditional doctors.
Flavors that heal
A nourishing Ayurvedic menu, light and full of discoveries.
Beaches and backwaters
Kerala's beaches and a houseboat ride through the backwaters.
Dance and theater
Kathakali, music and temple festivals, in Kerala's own style.
Throughout the program, the Ayurvedic masters also teach you to prepare classic herbal formulas and to recognize each plant by its potency, taste, color and fragrance.
Ancient wisdom, scientific precision
While the vaidyas read your pulse and assess your doshas, modern tests show the state of your heart, bones, organs and metabolism. Together, the two perspectives give you a complete picture of your health.
Prevention
Early markers show up before symptoms do, while your body is being cleansed by Panchakarma.
High-standard diagnostics
MRI, CT angiography and comprehensive blood work at leading medical centers in India.
Priority and convenience
Tests scheduled within a few days, private transportation, and a review of your results with internationally trained doctors.
The tests included are determined by the partner clinic's medical team and the diagnostic centers, based on each person's clinical needs.

India stays inside you
Beyond getting to know and experience such an intense, unique culture with the help of someone who knows where to look, we got to live Ayurveda.
Rodrigo NascimentoBeing in India was, without a doubt, one of the biggest events of my life. After this trip, I was never the same person again.
Marciane PagliariThe best trip of my life. India stays inside you. It's a dive deep into yourself, in search of the very best in you.

After Kerala, those who want to extend the journey continue with me for ten more days, from the spice markets of Old Delhi to the banks of the Ganges, at the foot of the Himalaya.
From palaces to the temples of the Ganges
Exclusive executive transportation, a local team throughout the journey, and expert guides who bring the history of each place to life.
Old Delhi and the Delhi of temples
The capital blends centuries on a single street. From the old spice market to the modern temples, it's the gateway to the North.
- Chandni Chowk and the Old Delhi spice market
- The Lotus Temple, white marble in the shape of a flower
- Akshardham, with its hand-carved stone
The Taj Mahal, love in marble
The mausoleum an emperor built for his wife, on the banks of the sacred Yamuna River. In person, it's even more delicate than in photos.
The Pink City of Rajasthan
A vibrant center of art, architecture and age-old trade: palaces, observatories, bazaars, traditional markets and craft workshops.
- The Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds
- The forts and palaces of the maharajas
- A selection of the finest restaurants, for an authentic culinary experience
The city of a thousand temples
At the foot of the Himalaya, on the banks of the Ganges, it draws pilgrims, masters, students of philosophy, and yoga and meditation practitioners from all over the world. This is where we'll spend the most days.
- Ashrams and centers of masters from many philosophical lineages
- The aarti, the fire ceremony, at dusk over the Ganges
- Yoga and meditation by the river
Where the Ganges begins
One of Hinduism's most important pilgrimage sites: it's where two rivers meet and become the Ganges. In this small town, faith and devotion are part of everyday life.
Ten days with nothing to figure out on your own
- Upscale hotels with breakfast, in a double room (upgrades on request)
- Exclusive executive transportation, with a support team on every excursion
- Ground and train travel within India

Before you leave for India
Do I need to know Ayurveda or yoga to join?
No. The program is for anyone, whether you're a therapist, a practitioner, or someone who has never heard of Ayurveda. The village team adapts the therapies to you.
I've never been to India. Will I have support?
Yes, from start to finish: flights, visa, vaccines, currency, insurance, packing, and even check-in for your flight home. You won't have to figure anything out on your own.
Do I need a visa?
Yes, U.S. citizens need a visa for India. It's an e-Visa you apply for online, and we guide you through every step during preparation.
Will language be a barrier?
No. You travel as a group, with me and a support team, and the LifeScan exams have support in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Is the North India extension included?
It's an optional extension, booked separately by those who want to keep traveling after Kerala. In our conversation, I'll walk you through the itinerary and terms for both parts.
A travel companion who has been there and back
I first went to India in 2003, and I've returned every year since. I've led more than twenty groups and hundreds of people along the paths of this country I love so much, and every trip confirms that no place in the world shakes up the way we see life quite like it.
Simply witnessing everyday life in India sets something in a new order inside us. That's the encounter I take you to, with time, respect and attention.
India is one of six journeys. Nepal, Bhutan, China, Peru and Egypt are waiting too.
